I&D Procedural Department consists of an experienced team of lawyers in the General Corporate Practice. Our practice includes corporate formation, registration, and General Corporate secretarial services. We advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements for the administration of Egyptian corporate entities, including joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, branches, and representative offices.

We assist companies in the transfer of shares/quotas, restructuring of companies, Board Meetings, and Shareholders Meetings, including drafting, attending, and certifying Minutes of Meeting, power of attorneys, liquidation, conducting businesses in the free zones, and procuring work permits as well as residence permits, exportation and importation registrations and licenses. In addition, we assist companies in procuring various permits incidental to their operations in Egypt.

The Procedural Department provides support on a need basis to other departments. The Procedural Department provides services across many sectors. We service clients in varied sectors such as real estate development, construction, banking, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, renewable energy, telecommunication, and tourism. Our team at the Procedural Department has the necessary legal knowledge and skills to engage and contend with Public Officials.
